The radio wiring is actually my doing - I initially made nice solders with shrink tubing to connect it to the converter harness I got. Then I discovered it was the wrong converter harness and didn't go to my OEM plugs. Argh. Remember, kids: check the connections before doing the soldering! :-P So then I just military-spliced right into the OEM harness wires, and that's all the electrical tape. I didn't want to cut them completely off on the remote but not impossible chance they would be necessary again some day.

And then there's the passenger's side footwell. None of this is my doing except the nice neatly zip-tied black wire loom you can see on the left of the bottom shot that replaced a mess of sticky, peeling electrical tape. The car came with the rest of the mess, though. My favorite discoveries here were several clipped wires that were soldered (or just twisted) to other wires that went... nowhere. They were just an inch or two long, then they themselves were clipped. Nice.

But don't worry; I have it all mapped out like the anal-retentive Virgo I am:

Electrical gremlins in my car? Now why would that be??? >:-/
